We stayed with the Nakayas while we were in Boise and we had the best time! It was great catching up with old Moscow buddies even though it hasn't really been that long! We went to that man-made beach and the kids loved it because they were so good even during naptime!
The next day we went to the Discovery Center. The boys' favorite part was the giant bubbles but I really liked the first section with all the light exhibits. It actually helped me to understand photography better.
This is random, but we saw a few of these guys on our trip. Must be the season...
Friday was our 6 year anniversary! We went to the temple for Alia to get her endowments out and we got to be the witness couple! So that was our little celebration. And it was really cool because we went to the SLC temple with Grandpa and Grandma Stokes for a live session (first time I had been to one) and we got to be the witness couple then too!
Saturday we said our sad goodbyes to the Nakayas and spent the rest of the day at the temple for Alex and Alia's wedding where I got to try my hand at wedding photography... more details on that later... and then the rest of the night at their reception.
It was a crazy busy, totally awesome, really fun trip and we loved every minute of it!
