Maui 2015

Had a fantastic time in Maui for a "work retreat" with Jeff and Julie. We ate amazing food, saw amazing, and got sunburned. It was a great vacation, thanks to Jordan and Emily for watching a kids while we could go!!

Monday- Ryan had to do his open water dives for his certification. Jeff, Julie, and I went to the beach. We had dinner at Star Noodle and the curry was amazing!
Tuesday- I joined Ryan on his open water dives for a refresher course. We saw turtles and a octopus. We had Ululani's shave ice pretty much everyday. Dinner at Da Kitchen for some loco moco.
Wednesday- Road to Hana; beautiful muddy hike, botanical garden swarming with mosquitos, swam in the 7 sacred pools, and a two mile hike through a bamboo forest. Have to use the gypsy app. Dinner at Tortuga's.
Thursday- Boat dive all four of us on Molokini island. Saw reef sharks, eels, and sting ray. Awesome 5 course luau that night.
Friday- beach day with long board where I got stung by a sea urchin. Stew's burgers with Maui beef.
Saturday- Beach with snorkeling and boogie boarding. Date night at Cafe Olei for sushi.
Sunday- church, souvenir shopping, Movie Pitch Perfect 2. Tortuga's and red-eye flight home.
